Rusty and Julie, I just wanted to say how well I was treated by Diamondback Billiards recently. They dismantled and moved my pool table into another room in our house during our remodeling. Rusty and Julie worked with us closely and the move went flawlessly. Their staff arrived on time and finished well within the alloted time. There were a few issues during the move however they were remedied quickly. I am so pleased with the resolution and the job they did. They have a new and very satisfied customer. I would like to commend your installation team of Paul and his helper. They installed my table on 5/15/09 and did a very good job. They knew their job, were very pleasant, jovial and very knowledgable about setting up the pool table. These gentlemen are a definate asset to your company.
I just wanted to thank you for the services provided. I had my pool table moved to my new home yesterday and I'm still in awe of how quickly Paul (I believe is his name) took it all apart and had it moved. He was a great person to have a conversation with and he also educated me on the whole world of pool tables and what Diamondback Billiards has to offer. Something that would be functional. of high quality, compliment the decor of our home without having to take out a second mortgage to afford it. We found Diamondback Billiards. What followed was friendly, knowledgeable advice and an agreement on a table that we anxiously awaited. Told her that I need to get this table moved TODAY, told her I live in the town of Buckeye and that the table was in Scottsdale. She got right to work and called her service man Steve. Steve was off that day but dropped what he was doing and meet me out in Scottsdale, tore the table down put it in his truck and off to Buckeye. Went right to work and had the table up and running with in no time. Steve was very nice too and seem to really like his job and the company that he works for.
